“The people here are so kind and knowledgeable. Every issue I have brought to them with my pitbull, they can easily diagnose it (sometimes via email) and give me the solution to remedy it. Drs. Nicholl, Dr. Alex, and Dory are such wonderful veterinarian professionals and are so tolerant of my hyper-licking, clingy boy and so in love with my biscuit-making, purring cat. I cannot imagine putting my dog and cat (and all future animals) in better hands than Tremont Clinic. Tucker and Honeybee love you all so much! The clinic's text feature on their app has come in handy. I was able to text them immediately when Tucker got injured, and they advised me on how to proceed and when to schedule an appointment with them based on symptoms.”

“I took my 14 month old golden retriever to get spayed at Porter Pet Hospital at the recommendation of our veterinarian. I found the facility to be modern, bright and clean, the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost to be very affordable. What a winning combination! I was encouraged to call between drop-off and pickup if I wished to inquire about how things were going during surgery (which I did), and they took the time to thoroughly answer my questions when I called the days after her recovery. Overall we had a wonderful experience, and really couldn’t have asked for more.”
“We boarded our dog Gus for a six-day stay with the B&B Pet Resort last week. The staff went out of their way to take care of him. He is a Shepherd/Husky mix that gets very nervous around strangers, so this was not an easy proposition. The staff tries real hard to make him comfortable (especially when he decides to go on one of his starvation diets!) and my wife and I greatly appreciate the attention given to him. We highly recommend them and plan to board him there for our next vacation and for all of our future needs. Thanks to all the staff again!!!”

“They are a small, very busy veterinarian clinic. It takes a while to get an appointment since they only have one vet, but Dr. Metz is a vet that went to college for the love of animals, not to get rich by taking advantage of people that love their furkids. It has been closed for a few months due to Dr. Metz having health issues of her own. A prayer for her health would a great way to say Thank You, for keeping the prices at her clinic very reasonable.”

“I've never had a bad experience here. Scheduling is super easy via the website. The staff is super friendly and communicative. I've been sending my pets here for years now and will continue to do so. Pricing is on par with other places for common services, if not slightly cheaper. “I’d like to say this woman is doing the lords work. A euthanasia at a big corporate hospital in the area is about 400$. Exam fees are insane and blood work is high too, will easily be over 1,000. She is being a champion for her profession by trying to make vet care accessible. Literally she is mobile. Quit expecting veterinarians to have crystal balls. And quit expecting services to be free. Even parents of babies in the NICU get a bill.A kitten can develop kidney failure in a few days. How is a weight helpful if there is no medical hx and the cat has a good body composition and no meds are prescribed. Quit comparing it to human medicine.You’re amazing Dr! Keep on being great.NOMV”
“They took me in as a new client without any issue. I was able to get my cat into an appointment the day I called and within two hours of calling. The receptionists were super friendly and made sure my paperwork was good. The vet and his assistant were incredibly efficient and informative and I appreciated how they treated my cat and educated me on what was going on. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who may ask. “I would recommend the staff here to anyone who is struggling with their pets behavior. After seeing multiple trainers with my dog, I was growing hopeless with his dog reactivity. I wasn't sure it would ever improve.For the first time in a very long time, we're beginning to see progress. My dogs quality of life is notably improving too. I do my best to stay educated on dog behavior, but I'm blown away by the knowledge and compassion of the staff. We genuinely enjoy our visits and I feel prepared to keep training. “Outstanding care and service. I used BCPH for my first dog All the way until her very last day at the age of 17. Their senior care program is fantastic! Never hesitated to return with my current dog. She is a rescue with came with a lot of fear aggression and they never had any qualms or hesitation with treating her. She is a guardian breed, which most vets insist on sticking a muzzle on, which only upsets her. BCPH has no muzzle mandates. So kind and understanding, my dog loves them!”
