I was so fortunate to meet Jon this afternoon; I was blown away by both his comprehensive catalog of knowledge as well as his beautiful demeanor. I have to say that, quite simply, I have never met anyone like him, especially not in any other pet store, at all, ever. Hashtag HUMANITY EXISTS.
