“I go to Lakewood and see Mark for nail trimmings. My dog is a Chihuahua mix and is terrified of having her nails done. She screams the whole time and Mark is always gentle with her regardless of her yelling and wiggling. He has a beautiful Chihuahua himself so he understands her fear. He is great with dogs and is saving me $100 a month on having the vet put her under to do them. Plus she doesn't have to go under every 4 weeks. He is always willing to work her in when schedules are tight and is very personable. I am so grateful for him!”

“When you first walk in smell so good. Greeted by sales person with great customer service. Nice atmosphere. Was looking for matching outfit for owner and pet but unfortunately store is only for pets. Would be nice to see maybe tshirts or aprons that have sayings on it like "Best Dog Dad" or Apron. Parking is limited. Huge selection of various treats, clothing, and toys. Very recommended.”

“Brought my dog in for a $10 nail trim and was charged $15. The man said because the groomer preferred to grind down, rather than cut my dogs nail, I would have to pay more. No one wants surprise charges. Any recommendations on groomers that stick with their quoted prices? I won't go back there.”

“This store is great, the grooming salon is top notch. I had the best experience here after a horrible one in Middleburg heights. Emily was able to clip all the nails for my dog when he has trust issues after the Middleburg heights store did him in. I don't trust myself to clip nails so this is my go to, she has then since left the store to start her own salon but it seems like every groomer here is decent. There was a guy before that my dog loved and I wish he was still here. My dog was happy and energetic after each groom!”

“In today’s (scamming) society 5 stars is an understatement, there’s nothing bogus about this business … the breeders are awesome and conduct amazingly trustworthy business. Persian cats have always been a dream of mine and to think one would’ve been enough, who was I kidding.. when I first laid eyes on them, it was then I knew that I couldn’t get one without the other…. The process leading to bringing them home was very professional, I was able to go see them and at anytime, make payments (received receipts) until the time of pickup…. I received pictures and video footage of their growth and the breeder never once gave me any negative vides…. They welcomed me and my family during each visit and we always overstayed our stay admiring all the other Persians around the house… if your considering on getting a Persian kitten I highly recommend doing business with Dream Persian… your provided the paperwork, a gift bag with wonderful gifts and most importantly a beautiful healthy, stress relieving Persian kitten whom will grow to love everything about you… Thank you so much Dream Persian for definitely making my child/adult Dream come true… this has been a true Blessing and I’m enjoying every bit of being a Persian Cat Mom.. ????”

You don't know that people tolerate your pet until you visit a location where all s the staff adore yours! My pup gets so much love and positive energy that I started taking him back. They will go ask to get you the right information! Mike Easter is a great guy and Preston is an incredible person also! Very straight shooters also EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. “Went in hoping to find some anti-itch pray for my mom's dog. Found exactly what I was looking for. Spoke to one of the ladies about a puppy I was curious about and explained my dog had passed in February and though I want ready for another one just yet I would like to know what purchasing one entailed. The lady was very knowledgeable and had tons of info.She told me her own experience after buying a dog from them a few months ago and showed me a few pictures. This prompted me to show her a picture of my dog who passed. She could tell I'm still hurting and offered a sympathetic hug. She was so sweet! Another worker there also gave me tips on how to take care of my mom's dog's itching problem.”

So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered. “Moved to the neighborhood recently. When I walk my dog, she insists on walking by this store. She has even trained an employee to drop a treat through the mail slot for her. I buy all treats, toys, and food there and she gets groomed there as well. So grateful I moved so close by.”
