“Paws Play-CLE is the best home away from home! I have had to go to Cleveland Clinic a couple of times (traveling from Indiana) and Max & Alayna’s Paws Play has enabled me to bring my Yorkie with me. I hated the idea of boarding him. We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????”

“The people here are so kind and knowledgeable. Every issue I have brought to them with my pitbull, they can easily diagnose it (sometimes via email) and give me the solution to remedy it. Drs. Nicholl, Dr. Alex, and Dory are such wonderful veterinarian professionals and are so tolerant of my hyper-licking, clingy boy and so in love with my biscuit-making, purring cat. I cannot imagine putting my dog and cat (and all future animals) in better hands than Tremont Clinic. Tucker and Honeybee love you all so much! The clinic's text feature on their app has come in handy. I was able to text them immediately when Tucker got injured, and they advised me on how to proceed and when to schedule an appointment with them based on symptoms.”

“I'm grateful for Gateway! The staff is friendly, and tremendously helpful. My last visit with one of my pups cemented them as our sole provider for both of our dogs. Our oldest Killjoi was suffering from skin irritations & Hot spots. Dr. Christine (whom i adore!!!) communicated with me in a way I just genuinely appreciated, she laid out a plan, and provided options to help resolve his issues not just at the moment, but going forward and provided info for what to look out for in the future to avoid flare ups. I learned so much about him in Dr Christine and I's short but thorough convo. Honestly I wanted to give them 4 stars, ONLY and SOLELY because I can't make advanced appointments and maximizing my time is BIG for me as a small business owner. HOWEVER their new system for accepting appointments every day is pretty sufficient and it was a REALLY smooth check-in process. Once I arrived, we practically walked right in to see the Doc. What used to be a day long experience was max an hour long. Again, I'm grateful for gateway! If you're looking for a clinic to care for & about your furry friend and be cost efficient, they're it!”
“We boarded our dog Gus for a six-day stay with the B&B Pet Resort last week. The staff went out of their way to take care of him. He is a Shepherd/Husky mix that gets very nervous around strangers, so this was not an easy proposition. The staff tries real hard to make him comfortable (especially when he decides to go on one of his starvation diets!) and my wife and I greatly appreciate the attention given to him. We highly recommend them and plan to board him there for our next vacation and for all of our future needs. Thanks to all the staff again!!!”
“we have been taking our cats to animal hospital of fairview park for many years. the team is consistent and have gotten to know us and our pets. the doctors are thorough and extremely compassionate. they work with you to accommodate your needs. they connect with medvet in emergency situations and work closely with our cat's cardiologist. we often call to request a prescription and they quickly take care of it kindly. this is a women owned business that treats everyone kindly without judgment and we are proud to support them.”
“I took my 14 month old golden retriever to get spayed at Porter Pet Hospital at the recommendation of our veterinarian. I found the facility to be modern, bright and clean, the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost to be very affordable. What a winning combination! I was encouraged to call between drop-off and pickup if I wished to inquire about how things were going during surgery (which I did), and they took the time to thoroughly answer my questions when I called the days after her recovery. Overall we had a wonderful experience, and really couldn’t have asked for more.”

“I would recommend the staff here to anyone who is struggling with their pets behavior. After seeing multiple trainers with my dog, I was growing hopeless with his dog reactivity. I wasn't sure it would ever improve.For the first time in a very long time, we're beginning to see progress. My dogs quality of life is notably improving too. I do my best to stay educated on dog behavior, but I'm blown away by the knowledge and compassion of the staff. We genuinely enjoy our visits and I feel prepared to keep training. “I was only at North Royalton Animal Hospital one time. Our beloved little chihuahua of 14 years was not doing well. We had taken her to our normal vet on Wednesday and was told by our vet that she was not doing well and she could " drop dead " at any minute. Needless to say I was not going to have this person take care of our furbaby. On Thursday, it was obvious that our baby was not improving with the medication and we took her to North Royalton Animal Hospital. The staff there was amazing and genuine. Dr. Travis and Destiny were wonderful. They treated us with so much understanding and support. Totally opposite of the other experience. We did have to put our precious girl to sleep which was devastating, but Dr. Travis and Destiny remained there to support us and give us all the time we needed. A few days later this wonderful gift came to my door. Our baby's paw prints, some of her fur for a keepsake, the flowers and a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Travis. Just meant the world to us. Thank you again, Dr. Travis and Destiny for taking such wonderful care of our baby. I would also like to thank Judy at the desk for her kindness on the phone. She was very empathetic and understanding when I needed it. Thanks again.. We did receive our baby's ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on it. Brought tears to our eyes.”

“Moved to the neighborhood recently. When I walk my dog, she insists on walking by this store. She has even trained an employee to drop a treat through the mail slot for her. I buy all treats, toys, and food there and she gets groomed there as well. So grateful I moved so close by.”
