“The people here are so kind and knowledgeable. Every issue I have brought to them with my pitbull, they can easily diagnose it (sometimes via email) and give me the solution to remedy it. Drs. Nicholl, Dr. Alex, and Dory are such wonderful veterinarian professionals and are so tolerant of my hyper-licking, clingy boy and so in love with my biscuit-making, purring cat. I cannot imagine putting my dog and cat (and all future animals) in better hands than Tremont Clinic. Tucker and Honeybee love you all so much! The clinic's text feature on their app has come in handy. I was able to text them immediately when Tucker got injured, and they advised me on how to proceed and when to schedule an appointment with them based on symptoms.”

“Paws Play-CLE is the best home away from home! I have had to go to Cleveland Clinic a couple of times (traveling from Indiana) and Max & Alayna’s Paws Play has enabled me to bring my Yorkie with me. I hated the idea of boarding him. We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????”

“I'm grateful for Gateway! The staff is friendly, and tremendously helpful. My last visit with one of my pups cemented them as our sole provider for both of our dogs. Our oldest Killjoi was suffering from skin irritations & Hot spots. Dr. Christine (whom i adore!!!) communicated with me in a way I just genuinely appreciated, she laid out a plan, and provided options to help resolve his issues not just at the moment, but going forward and provided info for what to look out for in the future to avoid flare ups. I learned so much about him in Dr Christine and I's short but thorough convo. Honestly I wanted to give them 4 stars, ONLY and SOLELY because I can't make advanced appointments and maximizing my time is BIG for me as a small business owner. HOWEVER their new system for accepting appointments every day is pretty sufficient and it was a REALLY smooth check-in process. Once I arrived, we practically walked right in to see the Doc. What used to be a day long experience was max an hour long. Again, I'm grateful for gateway! If you're looking for a clinic to care for & about your furry friend and be cost efficient, they're it!”

“My absolute favorite vet in CLE! I got a puppy this year and have taken her here for every single need she has had. Vaccinations, sick exams, spaying, microchipping - everything! The staff is truly wonderful and they love their jobs. This place is so popular that you need to get here at 8am or earlier to get an appointment that day! You can do walk-ins, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you only need a vet tech appointment, which I get most of the time. Incredibly affordable as well (bills usually under $100). Highly recommend!!!”

I was very pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment as I really didn't want to have to take her to an ER. I had been coming here for many years for care for my other cats as well. “I had to bring my cat in on a Sunday evening for an emergency. My husband and I were both very stressed out of course, and we were met with nothing but kindness from the staff. He was bleeding profusely from his face and they got him in immediately. Within an hour, a doctor called us into a room and she was very empathetic and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. We were fortunate to be able to take our kitty home, and he’s back to normal. We’re very grateful for the kindness and diligence of the staff and we’ll definitely be back, but hopefully for not an emergency next time! Thank you!!”

“The staff and Dr. Beidi was amazing!! I was so traumatized when Dr.Beidi did an x-ray on my Nala. The Dr told me her femur broke and she might lose her leg! That whole weekend I cried and was so sad for my Nala. Friday February 16th was her surgery day and Dr.Beidi saved her leg and when he called me I cried and was rejoiced! He saved my fur baby and she’s my emotional support pet! Also, after surgery Dr. Beidi made numerous calls to Che cleveland on Nala and I was so grateful for that. Nala wasn’t eating after surgery and Dr. Beidi told me about the AD food prescription for dogs. I went to his vet after hours and his wonderful assistant was there and gave me a free can of food to start off with. After that she started eating!!!! Thank Dr.Beidi and your staff for an amazing experience!”
