I finally understood my cat's condition after so many appointments with other vets. Only feedback is it would be good to have WIFI that works in the lobby. :)”

“I was only at North Royalton Animal Hospital one time. Our beloved little chihuahua of 14 years was not doing well. We had taken her to our normal vet on Wednesday and was told by our vet that she was not doing well and she could " drop dead " at any minute. Needless to say I was not going to have this person take care of our furbaby. On Thursday, it was obvious that our baby was not improving with the medication and we took her to North Royalton Animal Hospital. The staff there was amazing and genuine. Dr. Travis and Destiny were wonderful. They treated us with so much understanding and support. Totally opposite of the other experience. We did have to put our precious girl to sleep which was devastating, but Dr. Travis and Destiny remained there to support us and give us all the time we needed. A few days later this wonderful gift came to my door. Our baby's paw prints, some of her fur for a keepsake, the flowers and a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Travis. Just meant the world to us. Thank you again, Dr. Travis and Destiny for taking such wonderful care of our baby. I would also like to thank Judy at the desk for her kindness on the phone. She was very empathetic and understanding when I needed it. Thanks again.. We did receive our baby's ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on it. Brought tears to our eyes.”

“After a traumatizing experience with another vet clinic, Hart's took us in immediately to fix open stitches that the previous vet would not fix same day. They were caring, understanding and proactive on how to restitch, staple and bandage. They spent their afternoon fixing the botch job our previous vet had done. They sent us home with medication and clear instructions on how to keep our dog calm and comfortable during his recovery. I seriously cannot thank the vet and staff at this clinic enough for understanding the severity of the situation and working with us to help aid our fur baby back to health!!!!!”
