“I have been searching everywhere for a Spider-Man 2099 costume shirt for my son to complete his costume. He has sensory issues so the tightness of a bodysuit like the costumes sold just wouldn’t work for him. I found a shirt on Hot Topic’s website so I called our local store to see if it was in stock to pick up. Zane from Liberty Center in Liberty Twp, OH was absolutely amazing! Their store did not have it in the right size, but instead of directing me to call, he took it upon himself to call 2 other local stores and found it! I hope he can be recognized for his kindness and just overall outstanding customer service. My son is absolutely thrilled that he can now be his favorite character! Thank you so much, Zane!”

“The store is literally carved out of the Peterman warehouse and is set up cleverly with open trunks, curtains and displays like an older motorcycle and side car. It carries at least one of everything in the catalogue, some at steep discounts. I've been in four times, and the young lady running it, Chardonnay, is incredibly pleasant and knows everything about the product lines.”
