“I have recently started going to this Pure Barre location and it is such a positive environment! I started off with the complimentary Foundations class to be sure that this was something that was a good fit - and I signed up for the once a week membership immediately after! As a mid-size woman, I am extremely comfortable in these classes. I was a little nervous going in that I would be on the bigger side there and expected 'ballerina bodies' being the predominant figure there - but there are women of all shapes, sizes, and ages! This is truly a welcoming environment for all and the instructors and fellow members are all very kind. The workout is definitely on the intense side but there are lots of modifications that you can do to make it easier or harder depending on your fitness level. I am already seeing a difference in my ability to keep going in the classes and I feel great after the class! There is great music and such a great vibe and if you're looking for a great workout studio - look no further than Pure Barre Mason!”

“I have been searching everywhere for a Spider-Man 2099 costume shirt for my son to complete his costume. He has sensory issues so the tightness of a bodysuit like the costumes sold just wouldn’t work for him. I found a shirt on Hot Topic’s website so I called our local store to see if it was in stock to pick up. Zane from Liberty Center in Liberty Twp, OH was absolutely amazing! Their store did not have it in the right size, but instead of directing me to call, he took it upon himself to call 2 other local stores and found it! I hope he can be recognized for his kindness and just overall outstanding customer service. My son is absolutely thrilled that he can now be his favorite character! Thank you so much, Zane!”

“This is my second visit to a Maurice's. The first was off of I-71. Today I went to this one off of I-75. I had similar experiences at both.Wow, they are special! The staff at both stores are super friendly and helpful. Today, Alex was my personal helpmate.Being 75 yrs young, the selection was just as focused for me as for youngsters in their 20's to 60's plus.The merchandise buyers are phenomenonal. They know what we like. I'll be back a lot!!”

“I went to this location today (3/21/22) because I was in desperate need of new bras. I'm a single mom so I had my 3 year old son with me. My son is still getting used to being out and about since the pandemic so he was wanting to just run everywhere. I had him in the dressing room trying to get him to calm down and sit. He wanted so badly to crawl out from underneath the dressing room. The two absolutely wonderful ladies working at about 12:30-1:00ish were lifesavers. One of them was grabbing bra sizes I needed and the other lady offered to watch my son while I tried them on.?? He was just wanting to crawl in and out of the dressing room I was in so she kept an eye on himI know this is not when he decided to crawl out. She absolutely did not have to do that for me but I was beyond grateful she did. It allowed me the time to find exactly what I needed. Thank you. You both went above and beyond to help me. This is something I won't forget. You absolutely have my business! ♥️”

“I was visiting family and took my daughter to Kenwood mall to go shopping. I saw The Buckle and got excited, because I haven't been to one in 20 years. I moved to a state where they are not around. We went in and Meg was there to help. I haven't been able to find a good pair of jeans that fit me, without wearing a belt, for the past 15 years. So I knew exactly what I was looking for. I quickly gave her my specs, she asked me some more detailed questions, and started pulling different types of jeans for me. Everything she pulled was right on point! I ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans. My husband came in and she gave him the same attention. He is really picky when it comes to the way his clothes fit, so he didn't like any of the jeans she pulled. But after talking with him again, she pulled one last pair and he loved them! I don't think I have ever experienced customer service like this before in a clothing store. Meg was not pushy at all. She listened to what we wanted, even offered some extra top choices for my daughter. I wish I lived closer, because I would start buying my clothes from her at The Buckle. She was very thorough and absolutely amazing. I hope that The Buckle Corporation sees this and gives her a promotion and/or a pay raise. She is the epitome of what a Buckle representative should be. Meg, thank you so much for your time and expertise today. If you ever need a resume recommendation, I will GLADLY give you one! Great job!”

“My daughter and I went to Lane Bryant in Mason, OH to do some bra shopping as my daughter hasn't been able to find a good fitting bra. There were two lovely ladies working there named Heather and Tiffany. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist my daughter. They made great suggestions and kept searching for the right size and style bra. They provided excellent customer service (which is so rare these days) and just made this a pleasant experience. I can't say enough about how great they were and I hope their boss gives them a well deserved raise. These ladies deserve it. Because of their service, we will definitely be back for some more shopping.”

“Like Chuck Taylors, Vans have a way of making my size 14 feet look even more clownshoes, so I have to be very picky whenever considering their designs. I also have the taste of an 8 year old, so I'm usually only considering their designs when it's something like Mickey Mouse or Charlie Brown. I've had no small amount of luck with both of those IPs at this location, though more in terms of accessories - the shoes can sell out pretty quickly online, so by the time the stores get any inventory, it's either not available in my size or limited to things like socks. Still, I've come away with some wins here!”
