“I stopped in at Fleet Feet because I didn't know where else to go, one of the best decisions I have made ever. I walk an average of 8-10 miles a day at work and my feet, knees and legs hurt so much everyday. After visiting Fleet Feet and getting a foot scan I was informed so much about my feet that I had no idea was even happening to cause my pain. My new shoes and inserts have made my feet feel amazing! No pain, no aches and my feet feel amazing. My knees stopped hurting my feet and calves no longer ache and hurt. This was a life changing experience for me and I will never go anywhere else.”

“Just took an elderly parent to this shoe store at the recommendation of her DR. I can't say enough about the service of Rick and Donneta, the Store manager and someone visiting from their district office. No exaggeration, all 4 literally had a shoe box or shoes in their hand helping her. Why, mom has a unusual issue with her toes. They were determined not to sell my mom a pair of shoes, they were determined to find her shoes that would work for her. Leaving this review for anyone like myself, that's never heard of SAS shoes.. I hadn't, but I will be taking my Mom back there, and I may take a peak for myself. These shoes are very soft, give her the deep pocket toe room, and have a great insole and sole. All that's great, but it's more than that. The 3 employees from the store were outstanding, and the lady from the district office was also super! Very knowledgeable. Thank you. True customer service at its best. If you ask me, it's a thing of the past, but not when you walk in there! I told the manager I'd be back to see her! And I will! Thx for taking such good care of my Mother!”

“Nike blazers are great for working out or just to wear for fun. They have a comfortable tight look to them with great ankle support. i've had mine for about a year now and they've become my daily shoe because i love how comfy yet stylish they are. The blazers came out in 1973 and made a huge hit just this year. The white with the soft black nike swoosh makes the shoe pop and will match with anything you wear! The only complaint i have is when they're tightly laced they can be trick to put back in but it's easily fixable!”

“While I didn't buy a pair of shoes, I thought the service was great! I'm a half size and that requires some finessing to wear Doc Martens. The salesperson tried everything to make it work for me but alas the Mary Janes just weren't a good fit for me. She tried insoles and ankle supports and several sizes and I still walked out of them. Going down a size further didn't work either. She was so patient and so helpful. And when I thanked her for doing so much to try to help me find the right fit and then for them not to work - she said that she really enjoys helping customers find the perfect Docs for them. And I did eventually get a pair of boots and they're a perfect fit.”

“I've been planning on getting a pair of Red Wings for quite awhile and was debating on whether or not I should go to a store or just order online. I'm happy I went to the actual store. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, got my sizing done and the boots I wanted in hand fast. Fantastic experience will definitely be back.”
“Like Chuck Taylors, Vans have a way of making my size 14 feet look even more clownshoes, so I have to be very picky whenever considering their designs. I also have the taste of an 8 year old, so I'm usually only considering their designs when it's something like Mickey Mouse or Charlie Brown. I've had no small amount of luck with both of those IPs at this location, though more in terms of accessories - the shoes can sell out pretty quickly online, so by the time the stores get any inventory, it's either not available in my size or limited to things like socks. Still, I've come away with some wins here!”

“This place is pretty big, and has a wide range of items. From clothing to home decor to kitchen stuff, they have it all. The prices are high and from a realistic perspective - sure MOST items in the store are not actually worth what they are being sold at BUT it is one of those stores where you are paying for the name. For me personally, it's not a store I would often shop at, but it is still worth going once a year to find a few treasures. I purchased some bowls, plates and cups that are cottage core theme and they were actually decently priced at $16-$18 a piece. I just fell in love with the design because I have yet to of found that anywhere else. So I was happy to have found those. They have some super luxurious blankets ($130) and perfectly sized cross body bags ($58) and for me those are reasonable prices. They do seem nicely made and good quality so they may last a long time. It's a store that's not for everyone but I do believe anyone can find some kind of special treasure and be satisfied with it. I know I am!”
“I had a great experience today with this store location! I had been eyeing a pair of Doc Martens online for MONTHS but I have wide feet so I needed to try them before I bought them. I called this store this morning to make sure that the availability showing online was what they had in store, and the offered to put them on hold for me without me even asking. When I got to the store it was very well staffed and everyone was super friendly! The shoes fit and I was able to buy them. I definitely reccomend this store!”
“Staff was very friendly and helpful but I was disappointed with the lack of sales on shoes. I can understand the new ones not being discounted but some of the older models were still full price. I did have a good experience and found a nice Adidas originals t-shirt that I had never seen before.”
“I visited this store over the summer on a REALLY hot day and the store's AC system was dunzo. Of course with the way things are these days, it wasn't able to be replaced for a week or so, I believe. The store manager and the other employee were just so nice and unbelievably dedicated to be at work that day with how hot it was. They had fans going and were trying their hardest to do the job the best they could under the circumstances, all while showing smiles on their faces. Fast forward to this past weekend (Fall) when I visited the store, I was able to see the office manager again, Andrea. She is just a breath of fresh air! And the store is AMAZINGLY organized and so welcoming. Thanks again to Andrea and her staff. The LOFT organization is very lucky to have someone like these sweet people working for their company!”

I called before I arrived and Cory said he believed there were some great options for me— and that he would even pull them & place them in a dressing room for me before my arrival.
