“If y’all are skipping out on DFWH, you are paying way too much for clothes. I busted out of there with 2 pairs of jeans and 3 tops for $50. FIFTY DOLLARS! Staff are always super friendly and I prefer this location over all of them for the cleanliness and selection.”

“Personally, I love this Macys location. It's smaller than Polaris and Easton so there are less options BUT they have a backstage section and because it is smaller you don't have to deal with the craziness of the other locations. They still have a reasonable selection of items and offer curbside pickup. The store associates there are always pleasant and professional. I've never had to deal with anyone with a crappy attitude or bad customer service.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”

“The owner is a little aggressive but very helpful. My sister got her prom dress from here and she helped her try the dresses on and figure out which one she liked. The dresses are priced about average and they have a beautiful assortment.”

“I got measured quickly when I went in to get my rental setup. The guys were chill and friendly.When the suit came in, I was in a time crunch when I went in to get it picked up. I walked in and Megan met me at the door. She was absolute aces. She had me setup to check the fit in a second. She chatted as she set up my pocket square for me in my jacket. I could barely wrap my head around how quick she was! I was thrilled how I was in and out in maybe 8 minutes.I messed up when returning my suit and had missed putting my pants back in the bag. The staff was accommodating and very friendly once again when I returned them.All-in-all, it was a fantastic experience.”
