“You know I came in last minute in need of shoes for me and my daughter….. I know what it is like seeing people walk through that door when it is 8:55!!!!!! Well okay maybe 8:45, but either way once we walked in I was immediately greeted by staff and then they helped me determine what shoe I would want… Meanwhile someone helped my daughter look at shoes and find some her size.Well I found some shoes I loved but I just couldn’t do it, today was about my daughter so I had to pass. “I always like macy's and i do not feel that it is expensive as people are saying as they always have discounts and deals, and if you have the macy's credit card you will save a lot of money too. I am only giving one star because this location needs attention and needs to be upgraded compared to the one in polaris or easton mall this one is like a constraction site.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”

“They have some really good prices here. Great selection, too. I usually buy my shoes online, but I get tired of never being able to find anything in my size. I wear a 6.5 or 7 (depending on the shoe). It's the worst when I find shoes I like on eBay, then my size is sold out. When the prices here at the mall are comparable or even lower than online and you can try on the shoes, then it beats the convenience of buying online IMO.”
