“I drove here from Worthington yesterday after an absolutely terrible experience at the Morse Road location on Tuesday. Mohammad greeted me immediately and I informed him of my oddball situation and what I needed. Unlike the Morse road location (which I will be giving a detailed 1 star review after this), Mohammed listened to me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent experience at this location all around! Thank you Mohammed!”

“The manager of the store, Dylan Stewart, provided us with OUTSTANDING customer service last night. During the transfer of info to a new phone bought online, the final steps were not able to be completed. This became a complicated problem. Dylan worked over an hour and a half past the store closing time to ensure the phone would be in good working order for me. He was professional, patient, and kind beyond words. I can't thank him enough, and I hope he gets recognized by corporate for his work ethic.”

“Solid Target location! Very large, organized, and clean in the store. Associates are pretty hands off, even at check-out (plenty of self-checkout), but I didn't mind this at all. Much better than a store that watches you like you're a criminal. There's an expansive book and music selection, including k-pop! This is always my favorite section and the sign of a good Target.The main detraction is the pricing and restroom. There is very very limited clearance and sales, and prices in general aren't great here. The women's restroom was also NASTY, as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. Multiple dirty stalls, toilet paper on the floor, smelled bad but not in an individual way. Again, as if it just hadn't been cleaned in days. Probably use the restroom before you come here.”

“Loyal target customer. Some lines are long at customer service and never seem to move but not usually at target. Last return was so quick and 3 people were working customer service on a Saturday morning which I appreciated so much! I love target and my only complaint used to be that they seemed short staffed but I’m happy to see that the store was looking in order and registers and customer service was staffed well.”

“I had an issue with a dash cam order and install. It was a misunderstanding between Best Buy and Geek squad auto installers. Showed up for the install but my order was canceled. I spoke to one of the managers, Levi, and he was fantastic. He took personal control of the situation and fixed everything to my liking. Definitely surprised someone so young took responsibility and actually showed initiative.”
