“This is one of the few Hollisters that I actually enjoyed going too! You know what this store has that many others don't, it's got a clean clearance section! I bought a few shirts there too that I'm currently wearing while in the process of making this review. I do want to point out the one gentleman that works there during the evenings, I forgot his name is great with customer service and definitely enjoyed his warm attitude which brightens up the whole store. Too bad I won't be in the area any time soon. It's definitely a decent place.”

“Loyal target customer. Some lines are long at customer service and never seem to move but not usually at target. Last return was so quick and 3 people were working customer service on a Saturday morning which I appreciated so much! I love target and my only complaint used to be that they seemed short staffed but I’m happy to see that the store was looking in order and registers and customer service was staffed well.”
“Solid Target location! Very large, organized, and clean in the store. Associates are pretty hands off, even at check-out (plenty of self-checkout), but I didn't mind this at all. Much better than a store that watches you like you're a criminal. There's an expansive book and music selection, including k-pop! This is always my favorite section and the sign of a good Target.The main detraction is the pricing and restroom. There is very very limited clearance and sales, and prices in general aren't great here. The women's restroom was also NASTY, as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. Multiple dirty stalls, toilet paper on the floor, smelled bad but not in an individual way. Again, as if it just hadn't been cleaned in days. Probably use the restroom before you come here.”
“Personally, I love this Macys location. It's smaller than Polaris and Easton so there are less options BUT they have a backstage section and because it is smaller you don't have to deal with the craziness of the other locations. They still have a reasonable selection of items and offer curbside pickup. The store associates there are always pleasant and professional. I've never had to deal with anyone with a crappy attitude or bad customer service.”
“My husband and I recently shopped two weekends in a row at Penneys and were pleased with the selection, value and sales you had going on. It brought back memories of earlier happier times in life, and the way it is decorated for Christmas really puts us in the mood to shop. I also love your jewelry selection. I prefer your store over Kohl's which is too "plastic" and lacks great selection. Please don't go. Hopefully with a new government administration the economy will pick up and things will improve.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”

“Never been in Big Lots before and was pleasantly surprised. Set up similar to most Walmart/Target layouts, and everything was really easy to find. I wasn't expecting them to have such a wide selection, but their home and grocery sections were quite expansive. Everything was clearly labeled with the price, and at least with the electronics, they seemed decently discounted. I didn't really interact with any of the employees here. The whole store seemed a little dead, and I was questioning if it was even open when I came in. I was just wandering around alone for a good portion of the trip, and it was slightly eerie. Wondering why there weren't more customers!”
