“I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Even though it was my first visit, it was recommended by a friend who has gone there for years. She was right. All the staff is cordial, they communicate well, they evaluate each customers input. Jesse inspected and evaluated all items, the ones that didn't need doing at that time, he gave me the option. Amy is great at scheduling AN APPOINTMENT. This is the first shop I have visited that sets an appt and keeps to the times! Good job. “I knew I needed to have 2 tires replaced. What I didn't know was that because I have all-wheel drive there was a possibility that I would need to replace all 4 or it could ruin the transmission. They took a look at the other 2 tires and said they were fine for a while longer. Thank you!”

“Icame in at 11:30 on a Saturday for an inspection. The gentleman who work here are exceptional. They could teach a workshop on customer service!! Shawn (the manager, I think) came out to my car immediately. I was finishing a phone call and he was patient and gracious. All four of the service technicians were kind, positive and engaging. (And it was a hot July day!!) They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend this business!!”

“went for some basics (wiper fluid, def fluid and tire inflate) for my truck and the two guys working were cool as hell and quick as well. yeah i could have done all this myself but trying to find a gas station that has a working air compressor, without a line of cars, this time of year is annoying and too time consuming. $25 and out in less than 15 minutes? yes please!...go here.”

He offers much more than just a quick oil change, including a state-of-the-art car wash (with a personal pre-wash), detailing, and a shop that can handle more serious issues. “Typically oil changes take about 20-30 minute when’s I go places. When I came to this jiffy lube, I was greeted, pulled in and got right out in around 15 minutes. I can say I’ve seen them move slower in the past, I noticed a lot of rearranging and cleaning. So with all those factor I have to say they seem to be making changes for the better of the customer”
