“I recently moved to Greensboro and will be living here until May. I found Favour Automotive Repair online. I called and spoke with Kufre the owner. I explained I needed a belt changed on a 2000 Ford 150. I gave him the Vin # and he returned the call within 15 min with an estimate. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the issue with the belt. He explained that original pulley needed replacement. We agreed on the price. He went to purchase the pulley returned and completed the job. I highly recommend this gentleman. He was honest and didn't try to gouge me like some of those other mobile guys. Call Kufre for your repair needs. I know I will definitely keep him in my phone contacts. Thank you for a job well done.”

On my most recent service they actually saved me from spending several hundred dollars that Precision Tune had told me I needed for brake repairs. Roy’s called and told me that my brakes would be fine for at least a while longer. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity which can often be missing when it comes to auto repairs. “I have used this facility to get my synthetic oil changed on my Ford hybrid vehicle since I purchased the vehicle. They always do a great job. I've never had any issues. They let me know areas that I might want to consider having maintenance work done and don't charge me a dime for the assessment. Quick Lane on Wendover Ave Greensboro has never been manipulative or coercive in anyway. Not only has my car not had issues when it left the facility, but my gas mileage is always much improved post the facility's synthetic oil change service. I do not post many reviews but felt compelled to share my experience after reading several others that didn't seem to fit my own.”
