“I recently moved to Greensboro and will be living here until May. I found Favour Automotive Repair online. I called and spoke with Kufre the owner. I explained I needed a belt changed on a 2000 Ford 150. I gave him the Vin # and he returned the call within 15 min with an estimate. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the issue with the belt. He explained that original pulley needed replacement. We agreed on the price. He went to purchase the pulley returned and completed the job. I highly recommend this gentleman. He was honest and didn't try to gouge me like some of those other mobile guys. “In February 2023 key fob all of a sudden was not being recognized when trying to start up my 2006 Mercedes Benz e350 to go to work. I contacted this place from a referral I got from a locksmith, got it towed to location. After diagnostic they found the problem, reprogrammed & made new key with fob at the best price compared to 5 other shops that work on foreign cars in the Greensboro area including the MB dealership of course. They could've charged wayyyy more but didn't. Carr industries worked with me & got it done fast, affordably and the team was very nice n reassuring. As a working class person who don't have much they made it happen. Will go to them for all other needed services, highly recommended !!!!”
“I had a great experience. I had a total loss on a vehicle 5 years ago, which I didn't know until I went to go apply for a loan through my bank and was denied. “Went there a last minute off appointment service request , Andrew took care of my car issue within great deal of time .This time I used for our 2013 Honda which had the driver side shaft broken and my guys been using without knowing the possible turmoils , I had happened to drop it to this place with lot of adventure . The guys at Autofocus are honest, trustworty, professional, and they care about selling a quality product all while making the customer happy.I had been searching for an 06-10 v8 explorer for years now (they are surprisingly hard to find), and when one popped up for sale at Autofocus i had some family in the area go check it out for me. I live in northern Virginia and James at Autofocus was immediately accomodating to me being out of state, and was happy to let the family i have in the area drive the vehicle to an independent mechanic to inspect it for me. Once i presented the concerns the other mechanic pointed out, Autofocus immediately validated them and fixed the issue with the explorer before i purchased it. They also made the paperwork process smooth and seamless. The vehicle i wound up with is immaculate. Ive looked at several of these explorers for sale now and ive never seen one this clean. I appreciated being updated several times throughout the process. The lobby is comfortable and clean with free wifi access . I have been to 2 other auto repair facilities in the past several weeks who claimed they had "fixed" the issue I was having. This was not the case.
