“Had to get all 4 tires changed again 9mths after having them placed on car. I don’t recommend anyone buy the Accelera tires, they are trash. Never had to have tires replaced this soon after only 14,000 miles/9mths. Those tires should be discontinued. According to Parrish, the 30,000 mile warranty supposedly is non existent/not honored. This was very disappointing as had to spend money unexpectedly. Got the Kenda tires this time. Hopefully they last longer. The manager John was moderately reasonable though I think it would’ve been better if only charged me the difference of what I paid for the Accelera tires and the Kendra tires as Parrish tires will write it off as a loss on taxes so essentially they will get their money back. Despite that, John did try to work with me by discounting the new tires significantly and providing alignment at no charge. Been coming to Parrish for years and team has always been welcoming and professional.”

“I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Even though it was my first visit, it was recommended by a friend who has gone there for years. She was right. All the staff is cordial, they communicate well, they evaluate each customers input. Jesse inspected and evaluated all items, the ones that didn't need doing at that time, he gave me the option. Amy is great at scheduling AN APPOINTMENT. This is the first shop I have visited that sets an appt and keeps to the times! Good job. I could tell by talking to everyone at this shop, quality and communication is valued by its management! I plan to use B and C for 90% of the needs my car has in the future.”

“Icame in at 11:30 on a Saturday for an inspection. The gentleman who work here are exceptional. They could teach a workshop on customer service!! Shawn (the manager, I think) came out to my car immediately. I was finishing a phone call and he was patient and gracious. All four of the service technicians were kind, positive and engaging. (And it was a hot July day!!) They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend this business!!”

“My Mother, went there today and was so impressed with the business completely, and friendly and very honest staff! ?❤️ THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED HER AND CHANGED THE OIL, AFTER TWO PEOPLE VERIFIED THE OIL WAS FINE AND SHE IN FACT WAS NOT DUE FOR AN OIL CHANGE FOR ANOTHER 2,000 MILES. YET THEY STILL CHECKED ALL FLUID UNDER HOOD CHECKED TIRE PRESSURE AND DID NOT CHARGE HER! THE HONESTY OF THE STAFF WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. I highly recommend you use this business.Services: Tires”

“They were fast, extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I had been to another automobile maintenance place in the area that told me my car did not have a cabin filter and didn't need to worry about it, but the Valvoline tech knew better and found it (it definitely needed replacing...). He also pointed out to me a leak in the coolant line near the radiator that he noticed -- not an issue they are equipped to remedy, so it was nice of him to point it out, and he topped off the coolant to give me some time to get it taken somewhere to fix it before it became an issue. I usually have pretty great experiences with Valvoline, but this was my first visit to this particular one and it exceeded my expectations.Service: Oil change”

“Typically oil changes take about 20-30 minute when’s I go places. When I came to this jiffy lube, I was greeted, pulled in and got right out in around 15 minutes. I can say I’ve seen them move slower in the past, I noticed a lot of rearranging and cleaning. So with all those factor I have to say they seem to be making changes for the better of the customer”

“I visited this location at open for a state inspection. The staff were very friendly and explained where I could sit and offered refreshments if desired. They took my keys and quickly got to work inspecting my vehicle. All in all it took about 20 minutes from the time I handed over the keys to when I was paying for the service. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient with my time. As far as price, state inspections are regulated so I can't attest to that. But all in all I had a good experience and would return for inspection services.”
