“Had to get all 4 tires changed again 9mths after having them placed on car. I don’t recommend anyone buy the Accelera tires, they are trash. Never had to have tires replaced this soon after only 14,000 miles/9mths. Those tires should be discontinued. According to Parrish, the 30,000 mile warranty supposedly is non existent/not honored. This was very disappointing as had to spend money unexpectedly. Got the Kenda tires this time. Hopefully they last longer. The manager John was moderately reasonable though I think it would’ve been better if only charged me the difference of what I paid for the Accelera tires and the Kendra tires as Parrish tires will write it off as a loss on taxes so essentially they will get their money back. Despite that, John did try to work with me by discounting the new tires significantly and providing alignment at no charge. Been coming to Parrish for years and team has always been welcoming and professional.”

“Called up before I went down in person, and as soon as I stepped in the door the gentleman inside knew who I was and what I was after. I stood back and watched their men do their work, and they didn’t settle for anything but the best used tire they could find - no holes to be plugged, and with good treads.I paid in cash to make it quick and easy for the shop, and it was a more than fair price for both the tire and the service.I will definitely be coming back!”

“I literally just walked out of here and stopped to make this review. I called at about 5 and asked if they had time to look at my car. Without hesitation, Matt said yes. I pulled up 5 minutes later And they got to work. Isaiah looked at it and called Matt over. They showed me where the issue was, told me it wasn't a problem, but alerted me and showed me, that my front two tires were showing wire. I made a call, bought the tires, and they installed them with almost no time left in their shift just because they saw the need I had. Amazing place, earned my business, super honest.”

“Thoroughly impressed with this excellent tire and trailer service!! I was asked by my Fleet Manager, Reggie Roberts, to bring my truck to initially have a couple drive tires replaced, but due to their professional expertise and advise, they suggested all the drive tires be replaced. They explained why this needed to be accomplished, especially Kenneth, who I was initially impressed with because of his obvious intelligence and friendliness!! I also had informed them that the trailer brakes may need to be adjusted due to issues with moving the tandems on my last load run. They were able to quickly and efficiently find that there was a definite issue with the trailer brakes and that they would need to be replaced. What really impressed me was their attention to detail, obvious competence and the quickness of their work. They also had a very nice and comfortable waiting area that definitely was needed at the time. I hadn’t had much sleep due to my last run, but the environment was warm and inviting and allowed for me to have a chance to take a breather and relax for a few moments! Much appreciation and kudos to the entire staff that made my brief stay there an enjoyable and excellent experience!! Keep up the great work!!”

“BEST USED TIRES I EVER RECEIVED!!!I recently went here and got 2 tires for my civic, there tires look brand new! I went to a different place originally and the guy sold me something awful. I'm so thankful for this man. Even when I bought new tires the sale person asked if I bought new tires and I told them they were used tires he was surprised.I took photos, don't mind the dirty wheels I've drove in the dirty before taking pictures.”

People they know by first name or face. People they've had a relationship with for years. “We had a friend of ours bike got a flat. We were able to change the tire on the side of the road but we could not get it to completely bead up. So we took it to them via another bike and they immediately jumped on it with only a few minutes before they closed. They were able to get the motorcycle tire to bead up for us. I asked him how much he said, no charge. However, we still gave him a good tip. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They really came through for us. And I will tell you from experience, there are not many places that still do this (not like it used to be. Where are all the good people?) which is a shame!”
