“I needed windshield wipers for my truck. The guy in there looked up the year, make, and model, of my truck, and told me the size wipers I needed. He then took me over to where the wipers were and explained the differences between them. Once I picked the ones I wanted, he signed me up for the reward program, gave me a free bottle of windshield washer fluid and then went out and changed my wipers for me (I just had surgery so I couldn't do it). The customer service in there was outstanding.”

She offered to continue to search for other cars that may come in that fit my criteria if I decided not to purchase. After a quick test drive, She let me leave that first day with no pressure or delays. She answered my questions via text, and when I returned two days later to purchase, she was fair and fast in the buying process. My last car buying experience (not at Flow) took me five hours of drudgery with a salesman who continually tried to manipulate my payment plan. From the stereotypical dealership misery last time to this easy process at Flow Mini, I was able to buy and remain excited about my new car throughout. Alyson Horton was the best!!
