I had an issue with my car while there recently, and not only did they quickly diagnose what was happening, they referred me to a more specialized center to make sure the car was fixed correctly.I was concerned about driving it back home but they gave me what I needed including showing me how to do it, to make me feel confident to get back. “Just purchased a CPO 5 Series. Davis over in the finance department took care of everything for me. They arranged to pick me up from the Airport, had the car fueled/detailed. They did such a good job detailing it, that I walked right past it in the show room! (Looked like the 2024 model, not my 2021) Every interaction was pleasant, from the Parts Shop to the Sales Manager. I was in and out of there within the hour. “I had my 2020 Ford F150 fully detailed on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. As we have only one vehicle, Zack Scales came to pick up my truck at my home, and delivered it back home at no charge. He told me that there was no place to wait on the truck at the business. As I could not drop it off, and we live only about 3 miles from the detail shop. I felt this service was kind and gracious on Scales' part, greatly helping me out of this predicament and saving me two Uber rides. The full detail was quoted at $225 for four hours work. This detail job was done perfectly at this reasonable price. The inside was steam cleaned, vacuumed and polished expertly! I was more than pleased with this work. The outside was washed and this included wheel wells, engine compartments, bed and bed covers, and all windows inside and out! Even the truck license plate was polished! Wheels and tires were cleaned. The truck was delivered 4 hours and 20 minutes later after pickup at 8:00 am sharp as had been arranged. Zack was courteous, friendly and fully professional. I paid $225 cash with an appropriate gratuity added. I couldn't be happier! My truck looks better than new! I will certainly use Scales Auto Detailing in the future, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a professional car detailing!”

“This place does excellent work and the customer service is first rate. I always get gas over at the Stop and Shop on Reidsville and discovered the Detail shop was right on the other side. I drive a 3 Series that just so happened to need a good wash and wax. These guys hooked me up with the perfect package and the result afterwards left a big smile on my face. The home wash and wax is reasonably priced and extremely convenient. I had my three year old car washed and waxed yesterday and my husband thought it looked shinier than his new car. Every scuff that I had accumulated was waxed out, leaving my car looking new. Today's service was completed by Leslie and her mom and they take pride in their work.
