“Great experience at National / RDU airport! Previously, I was using Hertz. But after many less-than-pleasant experiences at Hertz (RDU), I decided to switch to National. The shuttle bus dropped us off right at Emerald Aisle, there were plenty of vehicles to choose from and they were clean & ready. I quickly chose one and headed out. The attendant at the exit was friendly and smiling…a nice encounter after a day of travel. And returning the vehicle was just as pleasant. The attendant got my bag out of the back for me and came around to open my door. He asked how my trip was and if I was having a good morning so far. The shuttle bus driver was great too - loaded up my bag and asked if I had everything from my car. Double checking and said I had time if I needed to go back. Overall just super pleasant!!!”
“Great customer service. The shuttle driver was very friendly and had super customer service. Vince at the counter was awesome. I think it took us less than 5 minutes at the counter. I had taken care of most everything through the mobile check in before we started our cross country flights. Total time in line , at the counter, and getting our Expedition had to have been less than 10 minutes. My wife wonders why I always use Enterprise, this is why, and the pricing was better going direct over 3rd party sites. My only complaint is that there was an old coffee cup under the seat and the outside was dirty. I think it rained the day before we got there, so I won’t complain too much. Enterprise always takes care of us.”
“Rental car company. Same as Budget and Avis. When you are looking for shuttle, look for the other two names on the shuttle. The Payless name is very small and located near the door on top. That was most frustrating part of process. Once at the site, salesperson was very helpful. Price was worth it.”
“Rented a car through Avis car rental Raleigh Durham Airport, if I could give more stars I would! JOSHUA & JORDAN saved us!!! Our flight was delayed coming in from Newark airport originally we were booked with SixT car rental - long story short they were closed by the time we landed & were told that their office would be open 24 hours. What a nightmare stranded with no car for our 2 hour drive to the beach. Avis was luckily still open, we walked in & were quickly accommodated. Jordan & Joshua provided the ultimate customer service & helped us immensely. I visit this area often & will not rent a car anywhere else in the future than here. Thanks Jordan & Joshua & thank you Avis!!!”

After coming from a late flight and then proceeding to get a rental car at Alamo, they then tell me they had no vehicles available for us.
We then proceeded to go to budget, and Mr.Jordan made me and my husbands day by his amazing charisma, and positive attitude. I will definently come back here again. This is what it’s all about, great customer service and good times! ❤️ thanks budget team! ❤️

“Last week, we did a one way rental from RDU for our son's college drop off. The staff could not have been nicer especially Tyler. They were extremely efficient and professional! The minivan was immaculate. Tyler even took the time to put all the seats down to help facilitate packing the car. Thanks Alamo @ RDU!!”
