“I came here from Chapel Hill in the rain around noon yesterday in hopes of either changing out my rental or improving the windshield wipers on the one I had. The people there met me with friendly, welcoming faces and could not have been more helpful. They gave me an option if I wanted to trade, but ended up changing out the wiper so it worked perfectly & wiping off the dash etc inside my car. This will definitely be the Enterprise I will return to, if necessary in the future.”

“Initially, they dropped the ball. My insurance company scheduled a vehicle reservation. The Enterprise teammate (Cary) showed me on their system (after I gave them my reservation number bc they told me I had no reservation) where they received the reservation, but the reservation was not accepted in there system by a enterprise teammate at their Cary location. Mind you the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. The Cary location couldn’t get me into a car until Thursday and it was Monday so I called another location (Durham). Enterprise was able to transfer my reservation to the Durham location and they got me in a car on Tuesday. I was grateful.S/O to Durham location, awesome customer service the 4 ✭ is for you all!”
