“I had to get a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. I called on Monday, they didn't have selection unfortunately, that's on me. Not them. They just so happened to have a chevrolet bolt euv. But it worked! If in the future I need a future rental for whatever reason, I'll contact them. Good rates too! I work at a dealership, and was able to charge for free. I had to charge at a few different chargers, but it wasn't really that bad. So once again, thank you!”

“I recently became an emerald member of national car rental and I have to say that every time I've dealt with them it's been a great experience. Every single person that I've dealt with has been very very nice very helpful and made me feel like a VIP. “I had a fantastic experience working with Jess and Noah from the Cary location. I live about 2.5 hours away from the shop, and a deer ran into my 2023 Tesla Model Y in the Cary/Raleigh area while I was driving to see family. There was bad damage to my front bumper, headlight and passenger side door. I frantically showed up on a Saturday (while they were closed) and Jess happened to be inside that day and welcomed me in without hesitation. She took down all my information, and got to work right away following up with me first thing Monday morning. I filed a claim and they did a great job working with my insurance company. Jess was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and made it easy for me with the distance I live away from the shop, being extremely flexible and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish took a little over a month, and the body work done was immaculate. You'd never think there was any damage done to the vehicle, and I'm very meticulous when it comes to my car. Honest people and quick turnaround times (aside from waiting for backordered Tesla parts, which is out of the shop's control). Can't recommend the folks at Relentless Collision (Cary location) enough.”

“This Enterprise had a wonderful employee named Sarah who helped me out while my car was being serviced. Although timing wasn't quite right for when she came to pick me up from the collision center, she was WONDERFUL in making sure I felt safe enough to ride in the van with her. They're taking all the precautions to sanitize and keep distance as much as possible while in the same vehicle. (They had taken out the bucket seats in the middle of the van so I sat in the very back row.) Once it came to helping me decide what car and through all of the process through insurance and such, she was insightful and light-hearted- all while wearing a mask. I appreciated all of that! When it came to passing the car keys to me for the rental, she showed me some tips and tricks that I might not have known about the 2020 Elantra I was about to drive. Sarah's service? 10/10 The smell of the car (I think the sanitizer smelled way too much like it was a smoker's car)? 5/10 (Also, there was a Bud Light cap still in there from the previous renter so not 100% clean but everything else was). My car's service had to get extended because of unknown repairs, and Enterprise's communication about my time using the rental being extended was phenomenal. (They work closely with the collision repair center where my car was and would always contact them before contacting me so they had all their ducks in a row). They informed me even though it didn't necessarily affect me because they were going back and forth with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. There's another Enterprise I've used before in the area, but this one outshines the other one because of their customer service!”

“We travel often and rent cars 2-3 times/month from all of the major brands and have NEVER had such an incredible/smooth process - especially late at night. We are used to waiting in lines, dealing with less than pleasant staff, etc. but our experience with Hertz RDU was exceptional. Our flight arrived at 10:30 pm and we were immediately greeted by a shuttle driver who was so nice and took us straight to the rental car center without waiting for other guests. From there, since we are Gold Members we looked at the board, picked our car (about 15 options to choose from) and then drove to the gate and were on our way in less than 10-15 minutes from getting off the plane. On our way back, a different shuttle driver was incredible friendly and speedy getting us to the airport. Highly recommend doing business with this Hertz location. Thank you for making our trip so smooth! Wish we could remember the 2 amazing driver names…”

“Wow! After reading all the reviews I was afraid to go here. My Company switched from National Emerald Aisle (which I loved) to Avis preferred reservation. With National Emerald Aisle, I was spoiled to always be able to go to the EA row and select my own car. I tried to call ahead to Avis at RDU to verify what exactly I needed to do for driving off in my rental but like others said, no one picked up the phone and after 7 rings, I hung up and decided to test my fate. At RDU, the Avis shuttle took about 12 minutes and the National Shuttle came twice. Once on the shuttle it was a 5 minute trip to the lot. I told the shuttle driver that I had a reservation with Avis preferred and asked if I just go to the row to select my car and he told me to proceed to the outdoor lot kiosk office. There were 2 other people at the kiosk so it took about 7 minutes for me to be at the window. The young lady working had zero personality but looked up my reservation and told me my car was in B1 spot. I was pleasantly surprised that my Camry class car reservation was actually a beautiful Ford Edge. Exit gate check out was super fast with just a showing of my driver license. Return procedure was super fast as well and quick shuttle back to the terminal with just 4 people on the shuttle. Thank you Avis! I still am hopeful that future Avis airport rentals will allow a personal selection once you arrive for the preferred customer.”

“I really enjoyed the car that they upgraded with any charge. It was real busy in the place, but it was a holiday weekend. Staff went as fast as they could. I can say they did show great patience with everyone that might have had an issue getting their car. I would rent from Budget again for sure. Just wish I had a course on certain things in the car. Very fancy car. Nice and roomy. I really enjoyed the car.”

“Rental car company. Same as Budget and Avis. When you are looking for shuttle, look for the other two names on the shuttle. The Payless name is very small and located near the door on top. That was most frustrating part of process. Once at the site, salesperson was very helpful. Price was worth it.”

“I was very nervous after reading the ratings. I picked up my car this morning and I already am very pleased. The rental office was clean, well-staffed and the people working were very pleasant and efficient. No snags with my reservation. I was sent to a large lot and told to pick a car out of a particular zone and there was someone in the lot to help direct me and answer questions. The car is nearly new, very clean and no scratches, dents. Very pleasant people checking me out. I worried that perhaps I had gotten a more expensive class of car by mistake and called to check.A very pleasant, helpful person verified that I got what I had reserved and paid for. It does take awhile to get someone on the phone but they are very helpful and pleasant once they answer. The gas tank was not quite full as promised (maybe 7/8ths full which is not a major issue). I will have the car for nearly 2 weeks and am driving out of state so am relieved to have a newer vehicle that appears in excellent shape.”
