“I had my baby towed in and was frantic. Tracy was/is an angel. She assured me from the beginning that I’d be taken care of. She was extremely patient with a worrywart like me. The repair guys kept me informed of their findings and recommendations. Payment can easily be made through their portal or in person. Never felt price gouged. A few times I’d sit and chat with them about various topics…I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who’ll listen and will utilize their surveyors again in the future if needed. 12 outta 10 all around”
“I had an estimate from a national dealership which had done brake work on my car 6 months ago. The breaks were grinding and was found that the pads were completely shot. I received an estimate of $690 to replace and then on the back side it said plus tax and shop charges. It was going to be close to $1000!
I had gone to snappy lube last year and was impressed by the knowledge of the owner and staff. They did my rear brakes quickly and for a fair price. I went back to them yesterday to have them look at my situation. They were amazed at the estimate I was given. They did the needed repairs quickly and efficiently and the cost was less then 400 dollars. The owner and staff were friendly courteous and accommodating. The work was first class. I was found to be low on oil and they topped me off. Filled all my tires with air and made sure all was to my satisfaction. “This past weekend we accompanied our daughter as she bought her first car. Mark Demsko ensured our daughter had a WONDERFUL experience. He was generous with his time and service and as parents it was beautiful to watch him ensure she had all the information she needed to get the best out of her purchase. Icing on the cake was when we went to the car, and it had the red ribbon bow on top. “I arrived at 5:33 and they close at 6, but the gentleman were very nice and fit me in for a quick inspection. The customer service was top tier and they had me in and out, quick as a whistle. “Stunning service for a registration. The owner did the inspection in less than 15 minutes. The two young men were both polite, friendly. I use a cane. One young man opened the door for me to come in. Later, another took my payment and walked ahead of me and opened the front door to leave. And to top it all off, the waiting area was nice and cool for that hot day! Great service all around!”
