Great service with pictures and updates sent daily to keep you up to date with your car's repair. Not pushy about recommended repairs, which was a big deal for me. Offers a loaner unlike most indie shops.

Excellent communication and service. After the car was assessed, a list of the cars immediate needs, future needs and pricing was emailed for review and approval. This is a professional service center.

They scheduled my appointment 1 day after I called, provided a loaner car, and fixed the problem all while providing courteous service. I first called Audi and they weren’t able to check my car for over 1 month out and it was a check engine light! Import Motor Werks has earned my business. Audi has lost it.
Import Motor Werks is a local, friends and family run business. We were established in Cary in 2007 and have been fortunate enough to work with an amazing group of people - from our mechanics to our great Service Advisors to our support staff. We specialize on European and Asian vehicles and strive to be a dealership alternative to those clients that prefer a smaller, more personal experience. We want new clients to enter our shop and leave as satisfied friends.
