Great service with pictures and updates sent daily to keep you up to date with your car's repair. Not pushy about recommended repairs, which was a big deal for me. Offers a loaner unlike most indie shops.

Excellent communication and service. After the car was assessed, a list of the cars immediate needs, future needs and pricing was emailed for review and approval. This is a professional service center.

They scheduled my appointment 1 day after I called, provided a loaner car, and fixed the problem all while providing courteous service. I first called Audi and they weren’t able to check my car for over 1 month out and it was a check engine light! Import Motor Werks has earned my business. Audi has lost it.

Import Motor Werks have been my team for my BMW needs.Mike (Customer Rep) keeps me informed of any issues that arise. My experience with Mike has always been that of humble professionalism.The prices are fair and middle ground in comparison to other local German-specific auto shops and they offer the wonderful additional perk of a Loaner (when available). I’m giving them a 4 star because I dropped my Mercedes off for a Service B appointment at 7am. My truck still wasn’t done at 4 pm. I did explain to them my frustration and how I am going to be late picking my kids up. That service shouldn’t take that long. They were understanding and worked quickly to get my car up to me. We had a problem. I addressed it they worked diligently to fix it so thanks for that! My car runs smoothly too. Good work!

Melody is a gem! She helped me with a PPI for a used car that I was looking to buy at a local dealership. She spent a lot of time providing me with information on this vehicle, over and BEYOND what anyone could ask for! The owner, Tammy, was great too! They are great, from start to finish. There loaners are always clean, and ready to use. I've always used them for all vehicles I have had. I don't know of any other repair places loan out BMW.

My car was shaking and had a misfire on a cylinder. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing my car. The communication was great and I liked they sent an estimate via email before. My recent experience with Import Motor Werks could not have been any better. From the knowledgeable and friendly receptionist to the competent technician who provided the service required, my encounter could hardly have been improved. The service was timely, thorough, and convenient.I emphasize the convenient because I was unexpectedly backed up against an unforeseen scheduling constraint that had become a distinct problem for me. These folks were able to quickly accommodate my situation and get me back on the road.I will not hesitate to turn to these folks again when my need for auto maintenance arises. I STRONGLY recommend you give this shop a try.

Excellent service as always! Their wonderful Service Technicians probably saved my life on Friday (6/9/23)!. I went in for an oil change and was informed the threads were showing on my tires so badly that it wasn't safe to drive. I took their advice immediately and purchased a full set. I'm very appreciative to the Import Motor Werks staff. I've used their services for years and highly recommend them!!!!

I was visiting from out of town when my low battery warning came on. None of the local vw dealerships had available appointments on short notice. But a friend recommended Import Motor Werks and they were able to get me in the next business day. I was in and out in about 1 & 1/2 hours. I’ll definitely recommend them to my local friends.
