Monica and the technician were incredibly patient, called the DMV to get it sorted, and handled all of the paperwork to ensure I left with the correct inspection report. “The staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I went in for a hollow humming sound that appears at 40 mph while on the road. They took it for a spin and lifted it to check the tires. I came in expecting the worst (wheel bearing issue) but they assured me the tires were worn. I was also not charged for the diagnosis! 10/10 service. I will definitely come back here if I need my car checked/repaired in the future.”
