These guys stepped up to help us on a simple tire repair and gave us great service when their competitors couldn’t give us the time of day. Tho they couldn’t get to it immediately, the gave us a shuttle ride home (and back)!! Great service. I’ll definitely use them again to service other things on my car!!Service: Tires

Brought my car in for its annual inspection and was so pleased with the prompt and friendly attention I received. My appointment was at 8AM and I was out the door by 8:40! I will definitely be bringing my car to Chapel Hill tire again!

I am also writing to let customer know that they tried to scam me. I took my car for yearly inspection and was told I needed to spend $2000.00 to repair before it could pass inspection. Took the car to a nearby reputable service station and the car passed inspection - no problem at all! They used to be great but something... read full comment
