I go pretty regularly they just have what I need. Staff usually greet customers that come in. Inventory changes often so frequent visits to make sure I don't miss something good.”

They sent a technician down within two days with a new bulb. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue I need a new projector. Tom found a new 4k JVC for me and ordered it on a Friday. I had it installed the following Tuesday. Amazing service. Then I needed a new 4k receiver. Since my last review the manager (Moe) reached out to me and assured me they would be more mindful of the sticky floor by the slurpee machines. The last two times I was in, my shoes were no longer clinging to the floor. Boy, was I ever impressed. “Zach has the patience of a saint. I never seen anything like it. He was working alone and was hit with a wave of customers, all wanted help and had different situations. Zach was very calm and cordial. He kept his composure and dealt with every customer accordingly. He greeted everyone with a smile, made a few recommendations, and treated everyone as if we were family. Most people would not be able to handle that kind of situation but Zach did an exceptional job. Even when he had some technical difficulties and the phones ringing off the hook, the man stayed calm. Zach must have a PhD in customer service the way he held the set down today. Absolutely Amazing. While Zach dealing with some technical difficulties, trade ins, returns, selling the protection and sympathizing with the customer who came in for a game that was not in stock, the phones ringing, the line grew longer as he was assisting me and the other, the man stayed calm. Zach was a one man army while dealing with so much by himself. It was amazing, you couldn’t pay to see stuff like this on cable. I had great experience and highly recommended this location.”

“Pos: Store is nice and big. Location has a good parking. Wait time was short for me. I visited couple of stores in the area before, this one give me most positive impression.Cons: Initially I gave them one star, but to be more objective change a review. Most of problems are not because of store, but about Verizon itself. Verizon offering good service for reasonable money, but EVERYTHING took too long. Switch of account would not took more than 30 min, but it took dramatically more for me (calls to support, store visits etc.) I see it as a company policy, they don't respect customers time. And often annoying service. But it have little related to this particular store. Only want to mention to store personal, please don't reset all wifi's and bluetooth on client device without get client permission first, be more careful to not broke sim tray, especially double tray on samsung and don't follow corporate policy by abasing customers personal time. Yeh, short leashes on demo phones looks ridiculous, but looking at violent videos from CA, you know better how to run business.”

“The gentlemen at Tech Depot Glen Cove did a phenomenal job restoring my Bose 301 Series IV reflective speakers. I am so happy with the results. I do not use these for Home Theater and I cannot find speakers that will do what these speakers do as well as they do it.Since TD did the work, I have enjoyed these speakers more than I ever did before. They replaced the subs with new bose upgraded subs and restored the insides. Also, they suggested I get the stands so as to have them in the right place accoustically, that the stands are actually where the bookshelf was meant to be... WOW! What a difference!Very prompt service and reasonably priced. “Fantastic service and very honest customer service-plus the sales guy I wish I could remember his name was very friendly when I arrived. They fixed my IPAD cracked screen for much cheaper than Apple would and had it done within 2 hrs once the part came in! They kept me updated every step of the way as to when the part would arrive and how long the repair would take and even called me when it was ready. Everything seems to be working well now and they even took the time to try to remove some bending from the side of my IPAD from when it fell. They seem to care about the work they do and are a much cheaper option compared to the Apple Store for those costly repairs....”

“a better then average target in port chester thats been open about a year and is 2 levels of well organized products from a to z. plenty of outdoor parking and easy quick to find main entrance. personally its one of the better stocked and organized target store i have shopped in and basically all dept sections are easy to find while browsing with your shopping cart . picked up a few things on main level and pick up more then a few things on level 2. they have a snack section along with a starbucks if you want to grab a bite or drink during your shopping journey. checkout is a breeze when going to a cashier as self service is slowed down by turtle pace customers. i spent about 130 bucks and got good deals on cargo pants and some stuff for my kitchen and bathroom . dont venture to port chester that much but now i have a good reason , due to the local target in town.”
