Chris from Planet TV & Appliances was very helpful to us in selecting the appropriate range top when ours broke. The service team did a great job with a difficult installation. However, given that the new machines are now computer driven a brief tutorial on how to operate it would have been helpful. Thankfully the folks at Planet helped walk us through it.
