Dayana solved my issue in 10 minutes. She was very knowledgeable about the different solutions for the problem I was facing, explained the options very clearly, and then solved the issue. All while having great customer service, managing other customers that were coming into the store, supporting her other colleague, and generally being really calm steady and reassuring. That got me such a better deal on a new iPhone compared to the Apple store. They also got my monthly bill lowered by showing me other options in service that AT&T offers that I was never notified about before. While I was there, another customer came in and said she moved to CT but rather drive down from CT to get help from Prem with her phone because he’s always so helpful and knowledgeable.
