He was exceptionally helpful! After carefully analyzing my account, he was able to discover that I was not receiving a promotional discount that should have been applied at time of purchase. Although this was technically a “customer service issue” he aided in contacting customer support for immediate resolution ensuring I received the entirety of the credits adjusted on the account. Dashawn was more than efficient in doing so and I am extremely impressed by his level of professionalism and knowledge to resolve the matter expeditiously. That got me such a better deal on a new iPhone compared to the Apple store. They also got my monthly bill lowered by showing me other options in service that AT&T offers that I was never notified about before. While I was there, another customer came in and said she moved to CT but rather drive down from CT to get help from Prem with her phone because he’s always so helpful and knowledgeable.
