“Came in to have air conditioner serviced they checked for leaks with dye and topped off freon and asked to come back if it happens again. Came back a week later as it still was not working properly they changed some gaskets and topped off the freon again for no charge as they could not still find the leak. They found the problem and it was not a leak but I did not want to fix as it was too costly for my older van. Most auto shops would charge you again but not Precision Tune Auto Care they take care of the customers! Thanks again to Chris who helped us out he needs a raise!Services: Auto A/C recharge”

They also repaired the a/c within 1 day of me dropping it off after the parts arrived (it was a big repair, the full system failed). “11/10 recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went for a simple, tire rotation, only to find out that I had a nail that was not fixable due to its location near the sidewall. While this was upsetting as my tires were just a year old, Mr. Thien Nguyen and Mr Taylor Boyd made sure to explain my options thoroughly. They also took me into the shop to see it myself, so I knew they weren’t exaggerating whatsoever. Additionally, they found that work I had paid to get done at a different location was never properly done, therefore they took the time to fix the other locations negligence and make it right. I am very satisfied with my experience. I will always tell people to go to this Goodyear in ocean springs as I am now a loyal customer for sure.”

“This actually was a very good experience. It is extremely busy and not just because it is the day before Thanksgiving. They often have a line. I got there at 6:40 and I already had 3 ppl lined up behind me by the time we got to 7am when they opened. I very much appreciate the team for listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Thank you kindly for taking that time. It turned out I ended up having THREE flat tires. It took about 3 hrs to get this fixed because, originally, I didn't know if they could be repaired or needed to be replaced. So, the team took the time to inspect each one. I got antsy by hr 3, but absolutely not the team's fault. I appreciate the time you took to work on my car today! I wish I remembered the names of the team members who worked on my car so I could recognize them. They were wonderful. I will continue to come back to OS walmart for my tire needs.Also, GET ? THE ? WARRANTY ? FOR ? YOUR ? TIRES! It is worth it. I would have been charged a lot more today if they were not under warranty. I totally forgot I had that! Past me was looking out for future me.”
