“We had lots wrong with our car. He’s the only guy around that would work on our foreign car, and he did a better job than any dealership would, and way faster too! He did work that would take any other auto shops months to complete In 3 days. I will definitely be taking my Audi back to him for all the major repairs and tune up in the near future. I found him on google from earlier reviews saying he does great work on foreign cars and I’m so happy that I trusted those reviews. 10/10 the best veteran owned business in the state in my opinion. “I had a wreck and completely blew out my tire late yesterday and called every shop I knew nearby. No one could get me in until Monday. Jamye and George were happy to go out of their way to get me the tire I needed and put it on for me today. I was in and out with my service completed in less than 15 minutes. He also found another issue that needed fixing and made sure my warranty covered it first before we got setup to fix it. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and respectful of my time. Love the Mitchells and will be a forever customer now!!”

“Mr.Williams and his staff at Williams Car Care Center is AWESOME!!! I absolutely refuse to let anyone else come near my car. I brought my 17' Nissan Altima to the Nissan dealership just months after I bought it cause it was making a funny noise. They tried telling me it was the transmission about to go out and my warranty was already no good so I should just trade it in on the new model. Thank god I took it to Norman and got a 2nd opinion. It was just a kink in the power steering hose! Last summer my ac went out. He repaired it. Two weeks later it went out again. Norman looked into it and apparently the parts company sent him a bad compressor so he got on the phone and got me a way more expensive one with a better warranty and worked on a Saturday to get it repaired. His prices are extremely affordable especially with me being a single woman with kids. He is compassionate and will go out his way to help anyone. Also you can trust him not to lie to you or overcharge you for things you don't need. Other mechanic shops could learn a thing or two from Mr. Norman Williams!! Totally worth the drive! I come all the way from Gulfport to Vancleave to get everything from oil changes to tire rotations to getting my transmission serviced to ordering new tires. They do it all! Honestly cannot praise them enough!”

I barely made it back to the house good when they called and had it ready. They had it fixed and it was the least expensive fix I could have hoped for. Definitely recommended.”
