“11/10 recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went for a simple, tire rotation, only to find out that I had a nail that was not fixable due to its location near the sidewall. While this was upsetting as my tires were just a year old, Mr. Thien Nguyen and Mr Taylor Boyd made sure to explain my options thoroughly. They also took me into the shop to see it myself, so I knew they weren’t exaggerating whatsoever. Additionally, they found that work I had paid to get done at a different location was never properly done, therefore they took the time to fix the other locations negligence and make it right. I am very satisfied with my experience. I will always tell people to go to this Goodyear in ocean springs as I am now a loyal customer for sure.”

“This actually was a very good experience. It is extremely busy and not just because it is the day before Thanksgiving. They often have a line. I got there at 6:40 and I already had 3 ppl lined up behind me by the time we got to 7am when they opened. I very much appreciate the team for listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Thank you kindly for taking that time. It turned out I ended up having THREE flat tires. It took about 3 hrs to get this fixed because, originally, I didn't know if they could be repaired or needed to be replaced. So, the team took the time to inspect each one. I got antsy by hr 3, but absolutely not the team's fault. I appreciate the time you took to work on my car today! I wish I remembered the names of the team members who worked on my car so I could recognize them. They were wonderful. I will continue to come back to OS walmart for my tire needs.Also, GET ? THE ? WARRANTY ? FOR ? YOUR ? TIRES! It is worth it. I would have been charged a lot more today if they were not under warranty. I totally forgot I had that! Past me was looking out for future me.”
