I went for a simple, tire rotation, only to find out that I had a nail that was not fixable due to its location near the sidewall. While this was upsetting as my tires were just a year old, Mr. Thien Nguyen and Mr Taylor Boyd made sure to explain my options thoroughly. They also took me into the shop to see it myself, so I knew they weren’t exaggerating whatsoever. Additionally, they found that work I had paid to get done at a different location was never properly done, therefore they took the time to fix the other locations negligence and make it right. I am very satisfied with my experience. I will always tell people to go to this Goodyear in ocean springs as I am now a loyal customer for sure.”
