“This has become favorite Kohl store on the NW side of Metro Detroit. Much larger section for women's clothing and good size home goods. Lots of parking and you can find someone to help you if needed. While it is located in a very busy area, if you take 12 Mile, you can avoid most of the back up traffic. Since it is larger, but not as large as the one near Southland Mall which is 2 story, it can carry more items and have 2 sets of registers going so you don't have to wait so long. I do enjoy their sales and 30% off coupon, but returning Amazon stuff also gets me out here. Snicky I think. Helping out Amazon while creating more foot traffic that end up shopping since you have to go to the back of the store for the return.”

“Great store with really unique products!!! They have super cool licensed apparel and products that are super popular like Totoro, Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Anime shows. They have lots of things like clothes, backpacks, mugs, notebooks, and stuffed animals. I love their selection of Loungefly bags and Disney stuff They also have fun little treats and snacks to try, Id recommend giving some of them a try!”

“I'll start off by saying I'm probably a little too old to shop here, but I needed a fun shirt for an outdoor wedding in a size small. A harder task than you would think. I tried the usual suspects, kohl's, Macy's, target,old navy, etc. Walked in here on a whim. A nice young guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out immediately and found what I needed within a minute or 2.”

“I meant to write this review sooner, my apologies. I went to the Novi location on Monday, January 29th. This location is near my work so after a long work day, bra shopping was at the bottom of my list but I needed to get it done.There were two ladies working, they were both so helpful especially Micheale. I needed a bra for a wedding I'm standing up in and to update my other bras. She helped me find the perfect one for my dress and helped me find some others in the size I needed. I really appreciate the time she spent on helping me and I will go out of my way to go to that location when I need additional clothing items. Thank you, Micheale.”

She took the time to help me select the correct size and described the benefits of the JCPenney care plan as well. I have purchased jewelry from JCPenney in the past and the staff have always made it a point to make sure all of my questions were answered and made the experience a positive one. “Nicole - is excellent. She was patient and she helped me exchange an item without the paper copy of the receipt (using phone number). She not for once was negative about helping me. However, there was another older associate who wasn’t helpful and she declined to help me. But Nicole was helpful and she did took the warranty claim. Also, there was another associate on the phone earlier who was also extremely helpful and nice, she assured me that they will take the warranty claim and even exchange the item. Impressed by these two store associates service.”

“What a wonderful customer service experience I received at this store. I came in with my daughter to look for a swimsuit. Haley helped me. She was fantastic! She picked out suits she thought would work with my body type. She was incredibly helpful and checked with me often, swapping out suit sizes. Haley made this the best swimsuit shopping experience I ever have had. I found a couple suits I love that I wouldn’t have tried without Haley picking them out.”

Proposing ideas for different fits, checking the back for sizes, giving washing instructions for the items. She was so helpful and friendly. In less than 10 minutes,Sarah, my new stylist, set me up with multiple. interchanging outfits. I was looking for Gar Animals.. 2022 for adults. I have a lot of skills. Dressing myself isn't one of them! And guess what? I'm not a size 16, b***** I'm a medium. JJill is where it is at, and if you are lucky enough to find a person like Sarah, who took the tim to cuff my sleeves and make me feel like a million bucks. You are blessed!”
