The associate Erin at the Novi store went above and beyond to help me fit all the skates and hockey pants I needed while being SO kind to me and my kids. It’s so hard going into stores sometimes but she made me feel valued and even helped me carry everything to my car. I’m grateful for her, her positivity and understanding really made my day.
