“This has become favorite Kohl store on the NW side of Metro Detroit. Much larger section for women's clothing and good size home goods. Lots of parking and you can find someone to help you if needed. While it is located in a very busy area, if you take 12 Mile, you can avoid most of the back up traffic. Since it is larger, but not as large as the one near Southland Mall which is 2 story, it can carry more items and have 2 sets of registers going so you don't have to wait so long. I do enjoy their sales and 30% off coupon, but returning Amazon stuff also gets me out here. Snicky I think. Helping out Amazon while creating more foot traffic that end up shopping since you have to go to the back of the store for the return.”

“I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with the customer service I received at your Novi store! I was in a serious time crunch, and I needed a sports coat and slacks for my Uncle's funeral the next day. The young lady that assisted me on Monday, December 11th, was a miracle worker! She was very patient with me, and found me an excellent black sports coat that I could wear, right off the rack, and sent me to the equally-awesome Mr. Bazzi's shop, to put a quick hem in the pants! I was in-and-out of DXL in less than an hour, and home before my dinner got cold! “I enjoyed this Hot Topic and it had so much Demon Slayer merchandise from hats, shirts to socks. This store had so many Demon Slayer shirts, and they were all cool! And there was a Shenitsu zipped up hoodie that was so cool. I'd highly recommend checking out this store especially if you're a manga or anime fan.”

“Great store with really unique products!!! They have super cool licensed apparel and products that are super popular like Totoro, Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Anime shows. They have lots of things like clothes, backpacks, mugs, notebooks, and stuffed animals. I love their selection of Loungefly bags and Disney stuff They also have fun little treats and snacks to try, Id recommend giving some of them a try!”

“I'll start off by saying I'm probably a little too old to shop here, but I needed a fun shirt for an outdoor wedding in a size small. A harder task than you would think. I tried the usual suspects, kohl's, Macy's, target,old navy, etc. Walked in here on a whim. A nice young guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out immediately and found what I needed within a minute or 2.”

Proposing ideas for different fits, checking the back for sizes, giving washing instructions for the items. She was so helpful and friendly. “A bit of Texas here at the Novi Town Center. We are this store chain while in Texas, but ended up checking it out in MI. Rows and rows of Cowboy and Cowgirl boots and Cowboy hats and Cowboy apparel. Big buckled belts caught my husband's eyes. There's no shortage of Cowboy gear here at all.”

“I am not sure what the bad reviews are about. My middle son purchased his first suit here. The sales staff helped us promptly, didn't oversell and hooked him up. We did have a small snafu with the alterations being a little too much on the small side however, the manager Tim said to come in and they'd help us figure it out. They did just that and it was fantastic.”

“I literally had no idea pacsun was this huge. They have a really nice brandy Melville section. And even carry princess Polly here which really surprised me. I normally complain in these reviews but honestly the tall manger with the curly Afro and ear piercing made me smile. My friend was really annoying and she accidentally spilled her drink and made a mess but he didn’t complain about it he even helped pick out a nice outfit for me to wear at my sisters birthday dinner. Im definitely planning to come back soon I love the aesthetic of the store! As long as pacsun carry princess Polly they can will can always have my money.”

The staff and manager were friendly and accepted them back without a problem. I would return back to purchase shoes at this location again knowing that they stand behind their products.”
