“I'll start off by saying I'm probably a little too old to shop here, but I needed a fun shirt for an outdoor wedding in a size small. A harder task than you would think. I tried the usual suspects, kohl's, Macy's, target,old navy, etc. Walked in here on a whim. A nice young guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out immediately and found what I needed within a minute or 2.”

She took the time to help me select the correct size and described the benefits of the JCPenney care plan as well. I have purchased jewelry from JCPenney in the past and the staff have always made it a point to make sure all of my questions were answered and made the experience a positive one.
