Erica the manager at H&M has best costumer service and is amazing while working all the jobs. The fitting rooms open late at 1:00 makes no sense while employees are in the store. Customers have waited 40 mins for the rooms to open fix the opening. Love this H&M but they need to do something about the opening.
Would have been 5 stars. But this Katelyn lady is a piece of work. I'll never come back here as long as she has employment at this store. I can't believe the things she allowed to say to customers.

Erica, the manager at H&M has the best costumer service I’ve had at any H&M. She’s amazing and she’s working all the jobs. Shout out Erica!
