Swapped to Verizon from TMobile. I wasn't fully prepared. The dude was very patient. My apologies, I forgot his name. (I'll have to check my receipts and edit the review.) Got everything figured out. Gave great advice for the new phone, plan, and peripherals. Perfect service.

Very helpful, answered all my questions, and did all the "paperwork" so I didnt have to navigate the website on my own!
