“I live in Maryland but am a Boston native, and found Sergio and 247 Drums on line searching for Yamaha dealers. I was looking for a special set of drums for my husband for his birthday and fathers day. He is a big Larry Mullen fan U2, and wanted the Yamaha silver sparkle finish - which you cannot just go out and find or order on line. I reached out to Sergio who simply made it happen. Through Covid and all life's craziness, my wonderful husband, who never does anything for himself, has always wanted a "real" drum kit. We put together the most incredible of kits, and my children and I made a huge Larry Mullen presentation to gift him his dream set. Sergio is an incredible resource - meticulous, diligent, incredibly responsive and patient. Sergio did not try to "sell" me anything - he guided me expertly, from choosing the right set up, to providing updates along the way, to being patient with me getting cold feet on the purchase, Sergio couldn't have been more wonderful. The order (because of Yamaha custom work and shipping) did take a bit to fulfill - but Sergio kept in contact with Yamaha, communicating with me throughout the process. Sergio was always on top of it and made sure that we got everything we ordered, delivered perfectly to Maryland. And it was a huge set - Yamaha Drum Set AHM Hybrid Maple custom order silver sparkle 4 pc kit (22, 10, 12, 16), snare 6 x 14, floor tom 14, additional bass drum 24, hardware pack, extra stands and pedals, Paiste 14 hh signature heavy, 16 and 18 power signature crashes, 2022 22 ride, and a seat! The wait was MORE than worth it. He was incredibly generous with pricing, matching online offers without me asking, and was just incredible. He is a wonderful musician as well, and made this gift extra special for my husband. Thank you Sergio!!! I am recommending 247 Drums to everyone I know! Now, Bobby cannot wait to start virtual lessons with Sergio. We thank you and 247 Drums for making a lifelong dream come true!”

“Ana greeted me immediately and then after pulling up my account thanked me for being a Verizon customer! Ana took the time needed to listen to my extreme Verizon cell phone technical issues and then professionally and quickly acted to find all solutions! She had to add a 2nd eSIM and phone line on my iPhone and adjust many settings both in the phone and online with Verizon to fine tune everything for the way I personally wanted it. She also pointed out a new free features that come with adding a 2nd phone line to the same iPhone: such as free data speed increase, a reduced monthly Netflix plan locked in for 3 years, and much more. She made sure that I as a customer received all the possible perks and savings available from Verizon by explaining my specific plan and how the added phone line changes the cost of all the other phone lines in my bill by showing me the store’s computer screen and walking me through line by line. After she resolved my initial issues she offered a new screen protector that was on sale and had Verizon promotions so I of course accepted and so Ana took the time to clean my phone to prepare it for the new quality replacement screen protector as if it were her own phone.Ana is an asset for the Verizon team and a great representation in acting on Verizons’ behalf to help customers stay satisfied and therefore to keep coming back and remain loyal ...such as myself! This experience for me with Ana and the Verizon brick and mortar store in Woburn, Montvale Ave., is why I spread the Verizon referral by way of word of mouth to my family, friends, and professional colleagues! “Reply'd is a fantastic gaming store for all your needs of old school and retro games, consoles and gaming accessories I've been going to this place since 2020 last time I went I got some charging cord for my ps3 and I do plan on going back and getting some more classic gaming related stuff. The people who work there very cool and help out indeed it's an fantastic place and while some of their prices for games especially some that could be rare and hard to come by can be little too much now some I can understand and some not really. “Okay first off let me tell you i was having a terrible day, lost my phone didn't know my pin.Got told at a different metro store that theres nothing they can do to help me.Called metro customer support and was told the same thing.I went to this metro to cancel and ended up telling Samantha what was going on and with in 15 minutes, i had a phone with my same number and she helped me change my pin.Something that two other metro employees said was impossible.10/10 would go drive out of my way to go to this branch.”

“Went to switch from T-mobile to Metro. Before I went I spent 2 1/2 with T-mobile trying to get a transfer service 6 digit code number. 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls I had that. Customer service is awful. I went to metro and Stephanie was above and beyond helpful. Got me a fabulous unlimited rate, set my new service up in no time at all. So, I'm saving a bunch of money, have the same plan and still using T-mobile's towers. Thank you Stephanie!”

Brighton location lied basically, Cambridgeside didn't have the phone, not even on display... And Brookline didn't even understand what I was asking for... This was literally my 4th location today and it was in stock then boom. We've been paying for a phone I returned 11 months ago. Crazy. Service was stellar though.”

“I needed to upgrade my phone and even though there's a TMOBILE less than a mile from me but I opted to try this one in Wilmington. The reason is the one near me is always crowded and I as I get older I don't have the patience to spend at least an hour to upgrade. The experience I had at this store was beyond amazing! The two young men working there were very professional,knowledgeable and really made the upgrade process great!! I was in and out in half an hour!!! First time ever, and Ive been buying cellphones from the size of sidewalk bricks in the day to the S23 now (lol) Great location, great staff!!”

“I went in to change my service from AT&T. I was welcomed right away by the rep and he talked about all the pricing and products available. After 2 hours, my wife and I left with 2 new phones and a new IPAD before going to T-mobile, I went to xfinity. I was quoted price but I needed information to transfer the lines. When I returned, not only did they not agree to the quote but they accused me of lying. Never again”
