“Owner/Manager Anderson was more than Helpful!! I originally was slated to pick up truck at Lawrence location then needed to go to Nashua to grab a motorcycle trailer. However, Anderson worked his magic and managed to get an available Trailer at his location. After hooking everything up ,safety check, he also tossed in 4 straps to secure bike down. “Ron was EXCELLENT at Dave Ducharmes Auto Sales in Lowell. I explained to him that my original reservation was at Shell in Billerica. The day before my pick up in Billerica, the man from Shell called me to tell me there was no personal car parking at his location and to get dropped off. I said I don’t have a drop off and that I am handicapped and only using the van for 3 hours. He was rude and basically said too bad. There’s parking lot down the street. (Can’t walk that far - handicapped). I called Ron at Dave Ducharmes Auto Sales in Lowell. When I called and explained my situation he said no problem at all. If you are going to rent a U-haul in this area go to Ron. He is professional, courteous, and kind. Recommend him highly.”

“This is one of my first reviews of any kind :-) We haven't yet used any other rental place so can not compare but we have been satisfied with Taylor Rental. Used them twice for our party needs and they were nice and polite and always had stuff ready for us for pickup. No waits etc. Helped load and unload the stuff and the paperwork was neat. And today we had some water in the basement and they rented a pump. Again, very helpful. I would gladly recommend them to others. Gaurav”

“Worked with Dennis on a trailer hitch for a new BMW X3. The dealer wanted $2500 and could only do a roof rack. I called and spoke with Dennis and he explained it was simple and they do a lot of these cars from the same dealer. We had a delay in shipment of parts and Dennis kept in touch and was polite and professional. The job was completed in less time then he stated and he even helped me attach the bike rack. Very pleased!”
