“Great little hardware store and lumber yard. The lumber is actually straight and the hardware store has most items you're going to need. Way better than going to the local box store. Also they actually refill propane here. The propane filling station has nice wide access if you are in a large RV and you can get in and out with a nice controlled intersection via the rear exit.”

We both walked out of there with an awesome cutting board but the experience was the real prize. We even met a nice couple that frequents the store often and does their own custom woodwork...felt like we were part of the woodworking community. Highly recommend”

Depending on how busy it is, and the shipping times turnaround can vary. They do need to fix their name on the stilletto tools website I was very confused when trying to replace my hammer handle and it was called something else.”

“We Love Bruckmans! We've been shopping there for three generations and now four! My grandchildren love picking out plants, the Andover Bird seed and admiring the birdhouses!My European watering can I found there. My Italian gardening pots were a great find too. Our wild Bird food and gardening needs are manufactured in the USA.Sometimes the smaller businesses are better than the large corporate locations. All my projects start at Bruckmans. The reason being the help you get there is professional and neighborly. That matters. They are our neighbors to us. You don't get that kind of care everywhere these days but we found it and will continue to do business them. An old fashioned hardware store and garden center... See you there!”

Furthermore, the salesperson, Shaun in the store also provided an excellent service in delivery and return of the orders. In overall, i believe that this company is well managed and trusted. Their price is very fair and competitive to others.Just one thing to be improved is to state more clearly the return policy of special orders as customers place an order.”

“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”

Unless you want to keep using their exceptional return or exchange program. Yes, they have a great exchange or return set up, adds to the value of what you buy. I'm remodeling my home, and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there because of their service. What started out as great service soon became my go-to folks if I had ANY questions about where to find things. Carpet tacks? Isle 14. Contact paper? "Let me walk you over, it can be confusing." Her assistant Katya is extraordinary as well. Matching paint, finding the right tile adhesive etc. etc. I've NEVER experienced such consistent, competent and friendly service.”
