“Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.”

“Only went through them once but good experience, Enterprise (Salem new hampshire) picked us up in a car they thought we would like. Unfortunately did not like SUV / Wagon thing. Needed something taller as in real SUV or Truck.Guy at the counter definitely understood and offered a couple other selections.We left with something that lifted us a little higher off the ground.”

“Lost my car (2011 Equinox) in an accident, Called Enterprise on 11/27 around noontime.Ordered a compact rental for 1 week, Enterprise picked me up at12:30 pm. They didn't have any compact cars, so I was given a free upgrade to a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe ! Beautiful car, clean with a full tank of gas. Used the rental for Used Car shopping... Returned the Rental ~ 12 noon on Friday 12/1.Only was charged for 4 days, so the $$ was credited back to me.Very friendly staff, helpful and a GREAT RENTAL experience !”

“Before I came to Jax I had a horrible experience with Toyota in Woburn. I read the reviews for Jax and they were all positive so I decided to go and give this dealership a chance. Best decision I've ever made.. not only did I find a car I loved but Jason made the entire process easier then I could have imagined. All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. “Upon entering, I was greeted by Shevonne, she was so awesome!!!unfortunately just my luck there were no gas cars. Except a chevy bolt electric car. Shevonne told me I was going to like this car. I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. I love it!!All men enjoy a really fast car.Great recommendation.Shevonne is who helped me and she was so hospitable and thorough. In Massachusetts sometimes good customer service is hard to find. “When we got there they did not have the car I reserved. They offered a upgrade to a significant larger upgrade but only had two options. We were going on an extended trip covering a lot of miles so it cost much more for gas. Thankfully we ended up loving the vehicle. On our trip we noticed a tire issue and did not want to trade vehicles. I reached someone in the S.C. area and was connected with someone from the service center. Their customer service was awesome. He made arrangements for us to go there and they changed out tire , did an oil change and sent us on our way. What was lacking at the location we picked up from was made up for the outstanding service on the road.”
