“Really great people to work with! The staff are all friendly and Nick the CEO is excellent and easily accessible. I help my church as a trustee and we recently had a difficult refinance situation which we had been turned down by other banks about. After reaching out to CCU I received immediate attention and talked to Nick about the next steps. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

“I sent them a big check from my Bank of America account to pay down my Home Equity loan. It took two weeks to get there. By the time it got there, I had been told by my accountant that I needed to pay a large sum to the IRS. They called --personally--when the check arrived and said: "This check is so big and so old we wanted to make sure you still want to deposit it." I said, "No, I gotta send it to the IRS. So you can tear it up." She said: "OK. I"m putting it in the shredder right now." How totally cool is that? What amazing personal service! B of A would never have done such a thing, not even close.”
