“I have used MANY banks in my years. Watertown Savings is by far the best bank in Metro West area. NEVER had a bad experience at any of the branches. For those of you who don't have an account with them but yet comment on their practices of customer service, review what your banks policies are, your banks have far more restrictions etc. Watertown Saving Bank is not one of the BIG banks but sure does have more to offer to their customers. :)”

“I am a store manager and have to make weekly cash deposits. I have been going to this branch for awhile and due to changes in their hours ended up needing to go to another branch of Bank of America. The other branch made me feel like I was a burden and didn't take time to talk with me. The employees here at Waltham are sincerely kind and try to do their best. They personally greet me and work hard to get what I need. I took off one star because I wish they would open at 9 am on weekdays so I can start going back!”

Zelle is already built into the App. Debit card is mailed out to you. 100$ to open a Personal Checking 100$ to open a Savings. No dumdums, but they have water :D”

“I have never had an issue with anyone from the bank, but at this location the emloyees are particularly helpful and friendly. I hate dealing with money and finances, but they always make the experience tolerable, if not enjoyable. The bank itself is a big bank, but I really have no problem with it. They offer free student checking which is helpful, free online banking which is great. Their 24/7 over the phone banking has gotten me out of a few tight spots over the past few months, and the operators are super nice and helpful.”
