Prior to this, EVERY YEAR we owed money and now Jeremy helped us get that fixed and update our deductions. “Banking with a private bank is an experience I never thought I would be able to experience. I joke and say that I'm a 1% of the bank... the bottom 1% They don't have a ton of branches, but I think what they save on real estate they use it for fees (or lack there of). Have used my card domestically and internationally and had all of the fees reimbursed. I have occasionally needed a bank check and was not charged a fee. You can park at the lot right down the street and they reimburse you. There are usually cookies waiting for customers and if you end up there in a rainstorm and don't have an umbrella, they have you.”

“This location has always been really great with customers but I had the best experience with Aly Keita. If you stop by or plan to stop by this location I highly recommend that you request him. He was able to help me with everything in regards to my account (credit card, checking account and savings)which no one else at any other Bank of America branch could help me with. I visited several locations in New York and Boston but it wasn't till I was helped by him that I was able to fix my entire account. He is really well trained and definitely an expert. (Don't waste your time at other locations I would say if you can just go directly to him to not deal with the hassle or attitudes at other branches)”

“I transferred my brokerage accounts to Schwab from UBS over 10 years ago and have no regrets. Schwab has many robust tools available for self directed investors to make informed investment decisions based on time horizon and risk tolerance. If I do have an occasional question, I find my rep. to be very helpful. If he's unavailable, I call the 800 number and they're equally as helpful. For those who need investment advice and frequent hand holding, there are other options available, but you'll have to pay a commission or a fee that's charged as a percentage of your assets. Schwab can even introduce you to such a firm as they would then get a cut of the fees. For those who are inclined to do it themselves, Schwab's fees and services are extremely competitive. In fact, they no longer charge a commission on most stock trades, offer many no load mutual funds with low expense ratios and offer a huge selection of ETF's with very low expense ratios. I even have a checking account there and get reimbursed by Schwab monthly for all ATM fees that I incur.”
