He has even gone above and beyond to make my car my dream car. “So I've been driving around in a 12 year old car and it started to have some issues. I used to take it to L and L where the current DT Automotive now operates its business. After being spoiled for years at L and L I was a bit nervous having to look for a new mechanic. It's kind of like having a great doctor and he retires and now you got to look for a new one. Didn't feel like researching so I just said I'll stay at this location and try DT without knowing absolutely zero about them.Well, let me just say to this day, it's one of the best places I have ever let anyone service my vehicle. Paul is amazingly knowledgeable and kind and always eager to help. Never once did he get impatient or act like he was getting put out. Not to mention the most kindest and sweetest girls at the desk. “Im usually a bit skeptical of these type of shops but I have always had a good experience at this location. It had been a little while since I had been here but went this week for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment over the phone for the same day and got taken on time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I usually mark a tire to make sure they get rotated but I could see the guys in the bay doing the work and they did everything they were supposed to including torquing the lug nuts rather than overtightening them with the pneumatic gun. They let me now what other work my car would need relatively soon and what services they offered but didn’t try to push me to let them do the work.”

“I shredded my oil filter housing and just couldn’t get it off no matter what tools I used. I’ve been to Firestone before for my wife’s jeep so I’d had a relationship with this place before. Called and they said they were kinda booked up so I just had it dropped off with no time expectation.They called in a couple hours after I had come into talk about it saying it’s done. I brought it in kinda in pieces and they found all the pieces I had just angrily thrown in the bed and put it all back together (even added a nut onto my skid plate.) Service manager I believe James is great to deal with and had everything handled before I walked in the door. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trust worthy spot.”
